ALL CLASSES ARE OUTDOORS UNDER THE RISE TENT

·      REDUCED CAPACITY: The number of bikes per class will be limited. While our spacious bike room is 750+ square feet, this class size restriction exists for everyone’s health and safety.

·      MODIFIED SCHEDULE: The class times will be spaced out to allow for increased time for bike sanitation and air circulation.

·      DEEP CLEANING: All bikes and equipment will continue to be thoroughly cleaned with antimicrobial cleaner before and after each class. You are welcome to bring a wipe from home to doubly clean your bike. We are all for that type of peace of mind. All high-touch surfaces, from door handles to cubbies, will be disinfected before, after, and even during each class. Shoes will continue to be disinfected and rotated to allow ample time between uses.

·      FACE MASKS: Please wear a mask upon arriving to the studio and while in the lobby and restroom areas. You may remove your mask once class starts as it can limit your oxygen intake during exercise.

·      STAFF PPE: Staff will be wearing gloves and masks and respecting social distancing.

·      SOCIAL DISTANCING: Markers are located on the floor to keep riders at a safe distance of 6 feet apart during check in. Our facility is 2,300+ square feet, so there is plenty of room to keep your distance from fellow riders and staff as you move around the studio.

·      STAY HOME IF ILL: If you feel unwell in any way, especially if you have cough, fever, shortness of breath, or any other COVID-19 symptoms, please cancel your class and do not come to the studio until you have been symptom-free for at least 72 hrs. We will refund your credit and waive the late-cancel fee if you cancel due to illness. Just email us at info@risecycleco.com.

·      HAND SANITIZER: Motion-activated hand sanitizer dispensers are loaded with 70% alcohol sanitizer to keep your hands germ free.

·      BRING YOUR OWN WATER: Please bring your filled water bottle from home. You can also purchase our bottled, sport-top LIFWTR for $3.

·      PLEASE PRE-PAY: Did you know you can pre-purchase your shoe rental, water, towel etc. when you book online? Just follow the prompts after you select your bike. This will allow all of us to avoid touching high contact items such as cash and credit cards. If you cancel your class, all pre-purchases will be automatically refunded.

·      AMENITIES: All high-touch amenities will be removed. Individually wrapped ear plugs and hair ties are available upon request. Just ask the front desk staff.

·      ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive to the studio at least 5 minutes before your scheduled class. As usual, no late arrivals will be admitted into the class.
