CYCLE | RISE UP 60
Our 60-minute spin class is a full-body workout combining intense cardio, strength, core stability and hand weights, set to the best playlists, all packed into a hour-long session that will transform the way you look and feel. All classes are designed for all levels, so come as you are. Get out of your head, get lost in the music, and just ride.
BARRE
Our 50-min beat-driven barre class utilizing the ballet barre, mats, bands, and light hand weights all synced to the music. We combine the moves of pilates and ballet training to elongate and tone your muscles. All classes are suited for all fitness levels and no dance experience is required- this is a workout class (not a dance class). ***Off-bike, NOT a spin class.***
SCULPT
Our 45-min instructor-led strength training class combines weights, bands, body-weight exercises and cardio at a quicker pace to sculpt and tone your muscles! Classes are set to killer playlists driving with the beat of the music and take place in our Sweat Lab Studio with a night club vibe. We provide the mats and equipment, so just show up and be ready to work! All classes are suitable for all fitness levels and our instructors are happy to provide modifications as needed. ***Off-bike, NOT a spin class***
